【個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)介】

中共黨員,湖北武漢人,2016年獲得湖北工業(yè)大學(xué)工學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位,2019年獲得中國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)院工學(xué)碩士學(xué)位,2024年獲得江南大學(xué)工學(xué)博士學(xué)位,博士期間(2022.10-2023.10)受?chē)?guó)家留學(xué)基金委資助前往德國(guó)歐洲頂尖工科院校--亞琛工業(yè)大學(xué)聯(lián)合培養(yǎng),2024年7月加入長(zhǎng)沙理工大學(xué)食品與生物工程學(xué)院。

目前在國(guó)際著名期刊“ACS Sustainable Chemistry & Engineering”、“Food Chemistry”、“LWT”、“Food Bioscience”等期刊發(fā)表英文論文10篇,其中第一作者 8 篇(中科院一區(qū)5篇),發(fā)表中文期刊論文 3 篇;申請(qǐng)發(fā)明專利 3 項(xiàng),授權(quán)2項(xiàng)。碩士畢業(yè)論文被評(píng)為中國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)院優(yōu)秀碩士論文,期間成果入選“農(nóng)科院【盤(pán)點(diǎn)2019】中國(guó)農(nóng)科院核心技術(shù)攻關(guān)”榮譽(yù)。獲第五屆油脂科技青年論壇優(yōu)秀論文獎(jiǎng)。德國(guó)聯(lián)合培養(yǎng)期間主要從事酶的定向進(jìn)化研究,重點(diǎn)集中在葡聚糖酶法降解和微塑料富集與酶法降解領(lǐng)域,并與國(guó)際香精香料公司(IFF)、杜邦公司(DuPont)前營(yíng)養(yǎng)與生物科技部門(mén)密切交流合作。

1.油料油脂加工與利用;

2.功能性脂質(zhì)的酶法制備;

3.新型生物催化劑與反應(yīng)器的創(chuàng)制。
