【個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)介】
賈珮,甘肅蘭州人,中共黨員。主要致力于功能性納米材料/生化傳感器的設(shè)計(jì)、食品安全檢測(cè)分析等領(lǐng)域的研究。2013年9月進(jìn)入吉林大學(xué)就讀食品質(zhì)量與安全專業(yè),2017年9月進(jìn)入西北農(nóng)林科技大學(xué)食品科學(xué)與工程學(xué)院完成碩博研究生階段學(xué)習(xí),獲食品工程碩士學(xué)位、食品科學(xué)與工程博士學(xué)位;2023年6月入職長(zhǎng)沙理工大學(xué)食品與生物工程學(xué)院。近五年在Journal of Hazardous Materials、Small、Food Chemistry、Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry等SCI期刊發(fā)表一區(qū)論文30余篇(其中以第一作者發(fā)表9篇;IF大于10論文2篇)。主持長(zhǎng)沙理工大學(xué)青年教師科研啟動(dòng)項(xiàng)目1項(xiàng),參與“十四五”國(guó)家重點(diǎn)研發(fā)子課題、陜西省糧食專項(xiàng)資金項(xiàng)目、陜西省自然科學(xué)基礎(chǔ)研究計(jì)劃青年項(xiàng)目等國(guó)家級(jí)省部級(jí)項(xiàng)目5項(xiàng);獲授權(quán)中文發(fā)明專利3件。現(xiàn)任Journal of Future Foods第一屆青年編委、湖南省檢驗(yàn)檢測(cè)學(xué)會(huì)委員。

1.功能納米材料的精準(zhǔn)構(gòu)建及其發(fā)光、催化性能研究;
