【個人簡介】

2021年獲天津科技大學(xué)工學(xué)博士學(xué)位。2021年7月至今,任長沙理工大學(xué)食品與生物工程學(xué)院講師、碩士生導(dǎo)師,《食品與機械》雜志副主編,湖南省食品科學(xué)技術(shù)學(xué)會青年委員。主要從事食品安全檢測領(lǐng)域的研究工作。先后主持國家自然科學(xué)基金、湖南省自然科學(xué)基金、長沙市自然科學(xué)基金、湖南省教育廳科學(xué)研究項目、食品營養(yǎng)與安全國家重點實驗室開放課題等7項研究項目;在Sensors and Actuators B: Chemical、Talanta、Food Chemistry、Ecotoxicology and Environmental Safety、Journal of Alloys and Compounds、Microchimica Acta等期刊發(fā)表論文10余篇,申請國家發(fā)明專利5項,其中4項獲得授權(quán)。
