張石平,男,云南紅河州人,長(zhǎng)沙理工大學(xué)交通運(yùn)輸工程學(xué)院副教授、碩士生導(dǎo)師,公路養(yǎng)護(hù)技術(shù)國(guó)家工程研究中心管理辦公室黨支部書(shū)記,鄭健龍?jiān)菏咳珖?guó)高校黃大年式教師團(tuán)隊(duì)、張軍輝教授國(guó)家杰青團(tuán)隊(duì)骨干,入選湖南省“湖湘青年英才”人才計(jì)劃(湖南省“荷尖”人才)。
