朱正發(fā)，男，漢族，中共黨員，1986年出生，工學(xué)博士，碩士研究生導(dǎo)師。

2009年6月畢業(yè)于中南大學(xué)，獲工學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位，2018年6月畢業(yè)于中南大學(xué)大學(xué)，獲工學(xué)博士學(xué)位。2018年入職長(zhǎng)沙理工大學(xué)電氣學(xué)院。

◆科研成果

深度參與完成國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金面上項(xiàng)目多項(xiàng),完成多項(xiàng)企業(yè)橫向項(xiàng)目研發(fā)，獲得了中國(guó)鐵道學(xué)會(huì)科學(xué)技術(shù)獎(jiǎng)二等獎(jiǎng)。在《Soft Computing》、《IEEE International Conference on Communication》等國(guó)內(nèi)外期刊和IEEE國(guó)際會(huì)議上發(fā)表SCI、EI和CSCD收錄論文十余篇，擔(dān)任《IEEE Computational Intelligence Magazine》等多個(gè)國(guó)際學(xué)術(shù)期刊審稿人。
