周游,男,漢族,中共黨員,1987年出生于湖南省邵陽市,博士,副教授,碩士研究生導(dǎo)師,電力工程系黨支部副書記。
2009年~2015年 華北電力大學(xué),高電壓與絕緣技術(shù), 工學(xué)博士。
2018年~2019年 早稻田大學(xué),訪問研究員
主要研究方向:(1)極端環(huán)境下輸變電設(shè)備防災(zāi)減災(zāi)技術(shù);(2)功能電介質(zhì)絕緣改性和評價(jià)技術(shù)。
先后主持國家自然科學(xué)基金青年項(xiàng)目1項(xiàng),湖南省自然科學(xué)基金青年項(xiàng)目1項(xiàng),湖南省教育廳項(xiàng)目1項(xiàng),湖南省教育廳優(yōu)秀青年項(xiàng)目1項(xiàng),中央高校基本業(yè)務(wù)項(xiàng)目研究生項(xiàng)目1項(xiàng);承擔(dān)廣東省電力公司、內(nèi)蒙古電力公司等企業(yè)科研項(xiàng)目7項(xiàng);作為主要成員參與完成國家自然科學(xué)基金重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目、面上項(xiàng)目等多項(xiàng);獲南方電網(wǎng)科技進(jìn)步一等獎(jiǎng)和中國電機(jī)工程學(xué)會(huì)電力科技進(jìn)步三等獎(jiǎng)各一項(xiàng),在《Journal of Physics D: Applied Physics》、《IEEE Transaction on Dielectric and Electrical Insulation》、《電工技術(shù)學(xué)報(bào)》和《高電壓技術(shù)》等國內(nèi)外知名刊物上發(fā)表論文多篇,并長期擔(dān)任《電工技術(shù)學(xué)報(bào)》、《高電壓技術(shù)》、《Applied Physics Letters》等期刊的審稿人。
