主要研究方向:分子納米電子學(xué),物理電子學(xué), 納米材料物性研究。
主持國家自然科學(xué)基金青年項(xiàng)目、湖南省科技廳科研項(xiàng)目、湖南省教育廳科研項(xiàng)目的研究。在國際著名刊物如Appl. Phys. Lett.; J. Chem. Phys.; J. Appl. Phys等刊物上發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文近30篇,其中以第一作者在影響因子IF﹥3.0的刊物上發(fā)表論文5篇(Appl. Phys. Lett上4篇),獲湖南省自然科學(xué)優(yōu)秀學(xué)術(shù)論文二等獎(jiǎng)2項(xiàng)(排名第1),湖南省自然科學(xué)二等獎(jiǎng)1項(xiàng)(排名第3)。
