周妙芳,女,漢族,中共黨員,1996年2月出生,湖南益陽人,2023年6月獲電子科技大學(xué)博士學(xué)位,2023年7月入職長沙理工大學(xué)物理與電子科學(xué)學(xué)院,從事教學(xué)科研工作。
