程芳 教授

       

個(gè)人簡介:程芳,教授,碩導(dǎo),中國光學(xué)學(xué)會(huì)常務(wù)理事,湖南省新世紀(jì)“121人才工程”第三層次人選,湖南省普通高校青年骨干教師。

主要研究領(lǐng)域(1)電磁場(chǎng)對(duì)半導(dǎo)體材料的性質(zhì)的影響;(2)利用低維體系輸運(yùn)性質(zhì)構(gòu)造新型納米器件;(3)利用電子自旋設(shè)計(jì)構(gòu)造全電操縱的自旋電子學(xué)器件。

教學(xué)情況:目前承擔(dān)《數(shù)學(xué)物理方法》、《電磁學(xué)》、《半導(dǎo)體物理》3門課程的教學(xué)。

科研項(xiàng)目:先后主持國家自然科學(xué)基金3項(xiàng);湖南省自然科學(xué)基金重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目1項(xiàng);教育部項(xiàng)目1項(xiàng);湖南省教育廳項(xiàng)目2項(xiàng)。
