據(jù)Essential Science Indicators(簡稱ESI)2020年7月更新數(shù)據(jù)顯示,長沙理工大學(xué)土木工程學(xué)院共有8篇論文入選ESI高被引論文,其中劉揚教授為第一作者的文章“DEBONDING DETECTION OF REINFORCED CONCRETE (RC) BEAM WITH NEAR-SURFACE MOUNTED (NSM) PRE-STRESSED CARBON FIBER REINFORCED POLYMER (CFRP) PLATES USING EMBEDDED PIEZOCERAMIC SMART AGGREGATES (SAS)”進(jìn)入ESI-Hot Papers(熱點論文)排行榜。本次入選的8篇ESI高被引論文中,學(xué)院作為第一署名單位有7篇論文入選,另1篇為學(xué)院重點實驗室開放基金資助項目的成果。目前,正值我校“雙一流”建設(shè)和學(xué)科評估的關(guān)鍵之年,我院持續(xù)發(fā)力,連續(xù)取得重大突破。

ESI全稱為基本科學(xué)指標(biāo)數(shù)據(jù)庫,是世界范圍內(nèi)普遍用以評價高校、學(xué)術(shù)機(jī)構(gòu)等學(xué)術(shù)水平及影響力的重要評價指標(biāo)工具之一。ESI高被引論文(Highly Cited Papers)是指最近10年內(nèi)發(fā)表論文中被引用次數(shù)排在相應(yīng)學(xué)科領(lǐng)域全球前1%以內(nèi)的論文。
一流學(xué)科是高水平大學(xué)的基礎(chǔ),也是高水平大學(xué)的重要標(biāo)志,ESI評價指標(biāo)是一流大學(xué)和一流學(xué)科評價中的重要依據(jù)。目前,教育部學(xué)位與研究生教育發(fā)展中心在全國一級學(xué)科整體水平評估中,已將ESI高被引論文用于評價學(xué)科的科研學(xué)術(shù)水平,表明了ESI高被引論文在“雙一流”建設(shè)中的重要性。
