報(bào)告題目:   Uniqueness and stability of traveling waves to the time-like extremal hypersurface in Minkowski space
報(bào)告內(nèi)容: There is a few results about the global stability of nontrivial solutions to quasilinear wave equations. In this paper we are concerned with the uniqueness and stability of traveling waves to the time-like extremal hypersurface in Minkowski space. Firstly, we can get the existence and uniqueness of traveling wave solutions to the time-like extremal hypersurface in $\mathbb{R}^{1+(n+1)}$, which can be considered as the generalized Bernstein theorem in Minkowski space. Furthermore, we also get the stability of traveling wave solutions with speed of light to time-like extremal hypersurface in $1+(2+1)$ dimensional Minkowski space.

報(bào)告人簡(jiǎn)介: 周憶，復(fù)旦大學(xué)數(shù)學(xué)科學(xué)學(xué)院長(zhǎng)江學(xué)者特聘教授，國(guó)家杰出青年基金獲得者。1985年畢業(yè)于復(fù)旦大學(xué)數(shù)學(xué)系，1992年于復(fù)旦大學(xué)獲理學(xué)博士學(xué)位。1986-1988年在美國(guó)紐約大學(xué)進(jìn)修，1995-1997年為美國(guó)普林斯頓高等研究院成員，師從菲爾茲獎(jiǎng)獲得者Bourgain教授。長(zhǎng)期從事非線性波動(dòng)方程的教學(xué)與研究，發(fā)表多篇有重要意義的研究論文，成果多次被多位菲爾茲獎(jiǎng)得主及國(guó)際數(shù)學(xué)家大會(huì)報(bào)告者引用，研究成果被他引超過1000次。合作科研成果曾獲1992年國(guó)家教委科技進(jìn)步一等獎(jiǎng)（第五獲獎(jiǎng)人）及1997年國(guó)家自然科學(xué)獎(jiǎng)三等獎(jiǎng)（第二獲獎(jiǎng)人）。2011年獲得教育部高等學(xué)?？茖W(xué)研究?jī)?yōu)秀成果獎(jiǎng)（科學(xué)技術(shù)）自然科學(xué)獎(jiǎng)一等獎(jiǎng)（非線性波動(dòng)方程解的適定性，第一獲獎(jiǎng)人）。2020年獲得國(guó)家自然科學(xué)二等獎(jiǎng)。
