二、經(jīng)濟(jì)與管理學(xué)院簡介
長沙理工大學(xué)經(jīng)濟(jì)與管理學(xué)院前身為原長沙交通學(xué)院工商管理系、長沙電力學(xué)院財(cái)經(jīng)系和湖南省輕工業(yè)高等??茖W(xué)校管理工程系,已有65年辦學(xué)歷史。學(xué)院立足交通、電力、水利、輕工等行業(yè),開展人才培養(yǎng)、科學(xué)研究和社會(huì)服務(wù),已成為學(xué)科專業(yè)齊全、平臺實(shí)力雄厚、辦學(xué)特色鮮明、社會(huì)聲譽(yù)良好的教學(xué)研究機(jī)構(gòu)。
學(xué)院現(xiàn)設(shè)有會(huì)計(jì)學(xué)、財(cái)務(wù)管理(含智能財(cái)務(wù)方向)、金融學(xué)、國際經(jīng)濟(jì)與貿(mào)易、市場營銷、人力資源管理、工商管理、數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)8個(gè)本科專業(yè),在校本科生近3000人。金融學(xué)、會(huì)計(jì)學(xué)、國際經(jīng)濟(jì)與貿(mào)易、市場營銷4個(gè)專業(yè)為國家級一流本科專業(yè)建設(shè)點(diǎn),國際經(jīng)濟(jì)與貿(mào)易、市場營銷為湖南省特色專業(yè);在2021年軟科中國大學(xué)專業(yè)排名中,會(huì)計(jì)學(xué)、財(cái)務(wù)管理、市場營銷排名A類,國際經(jīng)濟(jì)與貿(mào)易、人力資源管理排名B+類,金融學(xué)排名B類。
學(xué)院設(shè)有工商管理一級學(xué)科博士學(xué)位授權(quán)點(diǎn)及博士后流動(dòng)站,設(shè)有工商管理、應(yīng)用經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)、管理科學(xué)與工程4 個(gè)一級學(xué)科碩士學(xué)位授權(quán)點(diǎn),以及會(huì)計(jì)碩士、金融碩士、工商管理碩士、應(yīng)用統(tǒng)計(jì)碩士、公共管理碩士、國際商務(wù)碩士等6個(gè)專業(yè)碩士學(xué)位授權(quán)點(diǎn),在校博士、碩士研究生1000余人。工商管理和應(yīng)用經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)于2018年獲批湖南省國內(nèi)一流培育學(xué)科。學(xué)院還建有1個(gè)湖南省高?!?011協(xié)同創(chuàng)新中心”,1個(gè)湖南省高??萍紕?chuàng)新團(tuán)隊(duì),8個(gè)湖南省哲學(xué)社會(huì)科學(xué)重點(diǎn)研究基地,1個(gè)湖南省教育科學(xué)重點(diǎn)研究基地。
學(xué)院堅(jiān)持開放辦學(xué),不斷提升國際化辦學(xué)水平,先后與加拿大湯姆遜大學(xué)、韓國亞洲大學(xué)、美國洛克海文大學(xué)、英國胡弗漢頓大學(xué)、法國雷恩高等商學(xué)院等高等院校建立了交流與合作關(guān)系。開辦了“卓越會(huì)計(jì)師”試點(diǎn)班,會(huì)計(jì)ACCA方向班等特色班,會(huì)計(jì)金融中法班實(shí)施“國內(nèi)3年本科+國外1.5年碩士研究生階段”中外聯(lián)合培養(yǎng)模式。

I. Institution Overview
Changsha University of Science & Technology is a multidisciplinary university with a center on engineering and the coordinated development of engineering, science, management, economics, literature, law, philosophy and arts, which takes undergraduate and graduate education as the mainstay, and has postdoctoral research station, doctoral degree granting and master’s degree exemption rights. The school of economics & management now has 8 undergraduate majors of accounting, financial management, finance, international economics and trade, marketing, human resource management, business administration and digital economy, with nearly 3,000 undergraduate students. Six majors of finance, accounting, international economics and trade, marketing, human resource management, and financial management are national first-class undergraduate majors. The School has doctoral degree granting right of business administration of the first-level discipline and postdoctoral research station. The School has master’s degree granting right of the first-level disciplines of business administration, applied economics, statistics, and management science and engineering, and six professional master’s degree granting right in MPAcc, MF, MBA, MAS, MPA, and MIB with more than 1,500 doctoral and master’s degree candidates now.

III. Treatment for the Recruited

(2) Full-time teachers’ remuneration is implemented according to the salary system of public institutions and the performance distribution system of the university, and the academic achievements obtained in university can enjoy the teaching and research awards provided by the university. Excellent talents with doctoral degree will be provided with a maximum settle-in allowance of 350,000 yuan and a maximum research start-up fee of 120,000 yuan, which can be applied for after joining the university, and transitional housing security is provided. After joining the university, those with outstanding performance and achievements can apply for “Hunan Scholar” special appointment positions and enjoy the corresponding treatment.
(3) Postdoctoral salary is carried out according to “university annual salary + School and supervisor support”. The university provides an annual salary of 120,000 yuan, and the School and supervisor support treatment is not capped. The academic achievements obtained in university can enjoy the teaching and research awards provided by the university and we provide transitional housing security. The postdoctoral faculty members are provided with a research start-up fee of up to 60,000 yuan and excellent postdocs are supported to be recruited in the university.
(4) Other treatment supported. The university can apply for the qualification of purchasing the first suite in Changsha for the recruited teachers, and the recruited teachers can also enjoy the relevant talent policy supported from Hunan Province and Changsha City, such as the maximum 100,000 yuan rental and living allowance and the maximum 100,000 yuan subsidy for the first house purchase in Changsha.
