長沙理工大學(xué)1956年建校，經(jīng)過60多年的發(fā)展，現(xiàn)已建設(shè)成為以工為主，多學(xué)科協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展，具有鮮明的交通、電力、水利、輕工等行業(yè)特點(diǎn)的多科性大學(xué)。學(xué)校廣泛開展國際合作交流，是中國政府獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金、孔子學(xué)院獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金來華留學(xué)生接收與培養(yǎng)單位。學(xué)校與黑山大學(xué)、利比里亞大學(xué)、沙巴大學(xué)分別合作共建孔子學(xué)院。

In the development of more than 60 years, Changsha University of Science & Technology (CSUST) distinguishes itself as an engineering-centered multidisciplinary university, integrating engineering, science, management, economics, philosophy, liberal arts and law, with a stronghold in undergraduate education and a capacity of post-doctoral science and research workstation, conferment of doctoral degrees and  master degree.CSUST sticks to the opening policy in its education and has widely explored international cooperation and exchange. Designated by Ministry of Education, and the Confucius Institute Headquarters (Hanban), CSUST is one of the host institutions of international students funded by Chinese Government Scholarshi and Confucius Institute Scholarship. CSUST has three Confucius Institutes jointly operating with University of Montenegro, University of Liberia, and University Malaysia Sabah.

Changsha is national famous landscape island city, happiness city, the entertainment city, famous historic and cultural city, international green city, UNESCO city of media arts. CSUST campus located at the center position of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan city of mergence, and it’s one of the most beautiful campus in China.

根據(jù)孔子學(xué)院總部/國家漢辦相關(guān)文件精神，特制定2019長沙理工大學(xué)孔子學(xué)院獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金申請(qǐng)辦法。

Based on the requirements and regulations of Confucius Institute Headquarters (hereinafter referred to as Hanban), CSUST has set the application and admission process.

一、資助對(duì)象

ELIGIBILITY

1.申請(qǐng)者應(yīng)為非中國籍人士。

2.身心健康，品學(xué)兼優(yōu)。

3.有志于從事漢語教育、教學(xué)及漢語國際推廣相關(guān)工作。

4.年齡一般在16至35周歲之間（統(tǒng)一以2019年9月1日計(jì)）。

在職漢語教師放寬至45周歲，本科獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金申請(qǐng)者應(yīng)年滿18周歲，不超過25周歲。

All applicants shall be:

a) non-Chinese citizens;

b) in good physical and mental condition, with good academic performance and conduct;

c) committed to the teaching and international promotion of the Chinese language;

d) between the ages of 16 and 35 as of September 1st, 2019.

Applicants currently working as Chinese language teachers shall not be over 45, while undergraduate student applicants shall be over 18 and not be over 25.

二、獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金類別及申請(qǐng)條件

SCHOLARSHIP TYPES AND QUALIFICATIONS

1.     一學(xué)年研修生

A.Scholarship for One-Academic-Year Study 

2019 年 9 月入學(xué)，資助期限為 11 個(gè)月。不錄取在華留學(xué)生。
The program commences in September 2019, and provides scholarship for a maximum of 11 months. International students currently studying in China are not eligible.

1.1  漢語國際教育

漢語考試成績達(dá)到 HSK（三級(jí)）270 分，具有 HSKK 成績。

i. TCSOL

Applicants shall have a minimum score of 270 on the HSK test (Level 3), and an HSKK test score is required.

1.2  漢語言文學(xué)、中國歷史、中國哲學(xué)

漢語考試成績達(dá)到 HSK（四級(jí)）180 分、HSKK（中級(jí)）60 分。

ii. Chinese Language and Literature, Chinese History, and Chinese Philosophy

Applicants shall have a minimum score of 180 on the HSK test (Level 4) and 60 on the HSKK test (Intermediate Level).

1. 3 漢語研修

漢語考試成績達(dá)到 HSK（三級(jí)）210 分。

iii. Chinese Language Study

Applicants shall have a minimum score of 210 on the HSK test (Level3).

2.     一學(xué)期研修生

B.Scholarship for One-Semester Study

2019 年 9 月、2020 年 3 月入學(xué)，資助期限為 5 個(gè)月。不錄取護(hù)照上有 X1、X2 簽證者。

The program commences either in September 2019 or March 2020, and provides scholarship of a maximum of 5 months. Applicants holding the X1 or X2 visa are not eligible

2.1  漢語國際教育 、漢語言文學(xué)、中國歷史、中國哲學(xué)

漢語考試成績達(dá)到 HSK（三級(jí)）180 分，具有 HSKK 成績。

i. TCSOL, Chinese Language and Literature, Chinese History and Chinese Philosophy

Applicants shall have a minimum score of 180 on the HSK test (Level 3), and an HSKK test score is required

2.2  中醫(yī)、太極文化具有HSK 成績。

ii. Traditional Chinese Medicine and Taiji Culture

3.     四周研修生

C. Scholarship for Four-Week Study

2019 年 7 月或 12 月入學(xué)，資助期限為 4 周。不錄取護(hù)照上有 X1、X2 簽證者。

The program commences either in July or December 2019, and provides a four-week scholarship. Applicants holding the X1 or X2 visa are not eligible

3. 1  中醫(yī)、太極文化

具有 HSK 成績。

i. Traditional Chinese Medicine and Taiji Culture

An HSK test score is required.

3. 2  漢語言+ + 中國家庭體驗(yàn)

具有 HSK 成績。由孔子學(xué)院組團(tuán)進(jìn)行報(bào)名，并事先聯(lián)系接收院校確定在華學(xué)習(xí)計(jì)劃，每團(tuán) 10-15人。

ii. Chinese Language plus Home-Stay Experience in a Chinese Family

An HSK test score is required. The program is organized and applied for by a Confucius Institute with 10-15 participants per group. Prior to the trip, a detailed study plan shall be made in consultation with host institutions.

3. 3  孔子學(xué)院專項(xiàng)四周生

具有 HSK 成績。由孔子學(xué)院組團(tuán)進(jìn)行報(bào)名，每團(tuán)10-15人。

iii. Special Four-week Program for Confucius Institutes

An HSK test score is required. The program is organized and applied for by a Confucius Institute with 10-15 participants per group.

三、資助內(nèi)容

Scholarship Coverage

孔子學(xué)院獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金資助內(nèi)容包括：學(xué)費(fèi)、住宿費(fèi)、生活費(fèi)（四周研修生除外）和綜合醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)費(fèi)。其中生活費(fèi)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)：一學(xué)年和一學(xué)期研修生為2500 元人民幣/月。

The Confucius Institute Scholarship provides full coverage on tuition, accommodation fees, living allowance (four-week study students are excluded),and comprehensive medical insurance expenses. The standard of living allowance: One-Academic-Year Study, One-Semester Study: RMB2,500 per month.

四、合作獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金項(xiàng)目

Cooperative Scholarship Program

我校與國家漢辦合作設(shè)立“長沙理工大學(xué)孔子學(xué)院獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金”，在原有招生規(guī)模的基礎(chǔ)上，增加了30 個(gè)招生名額，其中一學(xué)年研修生名額10 名，漢語+食品工程本科20 名。招生辦法、招生條件和資助內(nèi)容與原有的孔子學(xué)院獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金項(xiàng)目相同。

Changsha University Science & Technology cooperated with Confucius Institute Headquarters (Hanban) to establish The Confucius Institute Scholarship of Changsha University Science & Technology. On the basis of the original enrollment, we will increase the scholarship number by 30, which includes 10 of One-Academic-Year Study, 20 undergraduate“Chinese + Food Engineering”(language  of instruction is Chinese, duration of study is 4 years). The enrollment method, qualifications and scholarship coverage are the same as the original Confucius Institute scholarship program.

五、申請(qǐng)流程

Application Procedures

登陸cis.chinese.cn 注冊(cè)→接收院校：長沙理工大學(xué)（代碼10536）→上傳申請(qǐng)材料→關(guān)注申請(qǐng)進(jìn)度，若申請(qǐng)材料不符合要求，則需重新提交→在線打印獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金證書→關(guān)注郵件，辦理來華留學(xué)手續(xù)→按要求到校報(bào)到。

STEP1. Log on to the Confucius Institute Scholarship website( cis.chinese.cn) to register.

STEP2. Search for the accepted institutions. (The code of Changsha University Science & Technology :10536)

STEP3. Upload application materials as required.

STEP4. Track the application process, if the material is not standardized, you need to resubmit.

STEP5. Print the scholarship certificate online.

STEP6. Scholarship winners must pay attention to their email inbox and go through the formalities ofstudying in China as guided.

STEP7. Register at CSUST on the designated date as per the letter of admission.

注：歡迎在各類“漢語橋”比賽中獲得2019 年度“孔子學(xué)院獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金證書”的學(xué)生，向我校提交申請(qǐng)材料。申請(qǐng)人在申請(qǐng)過程中有任何問題都可與我校聯(lián)系。

Note:Chinese Bridge winners who have been awarded the 2019 “Confucius Institute Scholarship Certificate” must log onto the scholarship website and submit documents to CSUST upon presentation of their CIS certificates. For inquiry, please contact CSUST.

七、材料清單

Application Materials List

1．護(hù)照照片頁掃描件。

2．HSK、HSKK 成績報(bào)告（有效期兩年）掃描件。

3．推薦機(jī)構(gòu)負(fù)責(zé)人的推薦信。

4．學(xué)歷生需提供最高學(xué)歷證明或者畢業(yè)預(yù)期證明、在校學(xué)習(xí)成績單、《外國人體格檢查表》、無犯罪記錄證明。

5. 在職漢語教師須附上就職機(jī)構(gòu)出具的在職證明和推薦信。

6. 未滿18 周歲的申請(qǐng)者，須提交在華監(jiān)護(hù)人署名的委托證明文件。

1. A scanned copy of the passport photo page.

2. A scanned copy of the score reports of HSK and HSKK tests (within the two-year validity).

3. A recommendation letter signed by the head of the recommending institutions.

4. undergraduate student applicants shall provide a certification of the highest education diploma (or proof of expected graduation), an official transcript,photocopy of Foreigner Physical Examination Form, and certificate of Non-criminal record.

5. Applicants currently working as Chinese language teachers shall submit an employment verification letter and a reference letter issued by the employers.

6. Applicants under the age of 18 shall submit relevant documents of entrusted legal guardians in China.
