報(bào)告人簡(jiǎn)介: Dr. Shihui Shen is the Associate Professor of the Department of Engineering at the Pennsylvania State University – Altoona. She received her doctorate degree at the University of Illinois at Urbana – Champaign. Before joining in Penn State Altoona, Dr. Shen was an Assistant Professor at Washington State University and the director of Washington Center for Asphalt Technology, an AASHTO accredit laboratory through AMRL. She is also an adjunct professor at Tongji University. Dr. Shen studies pavement materials and structures for better durability, energy efficiency, and sustainability. During the early time of her career, Dr. Shen co-developed the Ratio of Dissipated Energy Change approach and applied it to study the fatigue, fatigue endurance limit and healing properties of asphalt mixtures. Her approach has been implemented by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) of the United States for evaluating the fatigue behavior of airport pavement. In addition to her continuous interest in asphalt material characterization and innovation, Dr. Shen is recently working on the long-term pavement performance monitoring, evaluation and modeling. She has applied wireless sensors to evaluate the stress/strain and motion behaviors of particulate asphalt mixtures under compaction and traffic loading. Dr. Shen served as the principal investigator of a number of state and nationally funded research projects and was on technical panel of the NCHRP 01-55 project. She has published more than a hundred technical papers and half of those are SCI indexed journal papers. She is currently the associate editor of the ASCE journal of materials in civil engineering, and a member of TRB AFK30 committee, AFK40 committee, ASCE-EMI “Mechanics of Pavements” Committee, and ASCE Bituminous Materials Committee. Dr. Shen has served as the board member and treasurer of the International Association of Chinese Infrastructure Professionals (IACIP) since its establishment in 2010. She was elected as the vice president of IACIP in 2018 and is now starting her IACIP President term in January 2019.

報(bào)告人簡(jiǎn)介: 尤占平教授于2003年博士畢業(yè)于美國(guó)伊利諾伊大學(xué)香檳分校?，F(xiàn)任密歇根理工大學(xué)（Michigan Technological University）終身教授、杰出教授。曾任美國(guó)土木工程師學(xué)會(huì)ASCE（American Society of Civil Engineers） 路面力學(xué)委員會(huì)主席（2012-2016年），國(guó)際華人交通運(yùn)輸領(lǐng)域華人學(xué)者冬季年會(huì)組織委員會(huì)主席（2006年），交通運(yùn)輸領(lǐng)域華人學(xué)者國(guó)際會(huì)議道路工程領(lǐng)域主席（2010年、2011年），國(guó)際交通基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施和材料會(huì)議組織委員會(huì)主席（2016）。

尤教授現(xiàn)任密歇根理工大學(xué)交通材料研究中心主任，美國(guó)土木工程師學(xué)會(huì)ASCE瀝青材料委員會(huì)主席、國(guó)際華人基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施協(xié)會(huì)理事會(huì)理事和對(duì)外合作處主任、美國(guó)注冊(cè)職業(yè)土木工程師、《Journal of Materials in Civil Engineering》（SCI）副主編、和數(shù)十個(gè)期刊的編委和評(píng)審專(zhuān)家。同時(shí)擔(dān)任8個(gè)國(guó)際期刊（SCI）特邀主編，美國(guó)注冊(cè)職業(yè)土木工程師，擔(dān)任瑞士，加拿大，美國(guó)，西班牙，沙特，中國(guó)香港等基金項(xiàng)目的評(píng)審專(zhuān)家。

尤教授長(zhǎng)期致力于道路工程領(lǐng)域的教學(xué)科研與工程實(shí)踐，解決了瀝青混合料性能表征與測(cè)試、新型瀝青路面材料研發(fā)、節(jié)能環(huán)保型瀝青路面建造等一系列重大科學(xué)技術(shù)難題。發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文約400篇，其中SCI收錄180篇，被7000余次, H-index達(dá)39；參編國(guó)際會(huì)議論文集10本。

尤教授曾獲美國(guó)ASCE土木工程教學(xué)杰出貢獻(xiàn)獎(jiǎng)， 美國(guó)艾森豪威爾總統(tǒng)教授獎(jiǎng)，密歇根理工大學(xué)最高研究獎(jiǎng)。

Burdette講席教授、博士生導(dǎo)師，現(xiàn)為瀝青路面專(zhuān)家協(xié)會(huì)（AAPT）會(huì)員、交通研究委員會(huì)（TRB）委員、美國(guó)土木工程師協(xié)會(huì)（ASCE）會(huì)員、美國(guó)土木工程師協(xié)會(huì)（ASCE）瀝青材料委員會(huì)核心委員、美國(guó)土木工程師協(xié)會(huì)（ASCE）路面工程委員會(huì)核心委員、國(guó)際瀝青路面協(xié)會(huì)（ISAP）會(huì)員以及美國(guó)測(cè)試與材料協(xié)會(huì)（ASTM）會(huì)員等，同時(shí)擔(dān)任Journal of Materials in Civil Engineering等多個(gè)高影響力學(xué)術(shù)刊物的副主編。長(zhǎng)期從事土木工程材料及道路工程的相關(guān)研究工作，先后承擔(dān)科研項(xiàng)目50余項(xiàng)，科研經(jīng)費(fèi)合計(jì)1000多萬(wàn)美元；發(fā)表論文300余篇，其中SCI收錄論文174篇、SCI引用3113次、H指數(shù)32。
