李靈均,男,博士,教授,副院長(zhǎng),湖南省湖湘青年英才,湖南省普通高校青年骨干教師,長(zhǎng)沙市杰出創(chuàng)新青年;獲湖南省普通高校青年教工黨員示范崗,長(zhǎng)沙理工大學(xué)首屆“優(yōu)秀研究生導(dǎo)師”,長(zhǎng)沙理工大學(xué)優(yōu)秀共產(chǎn)黨員標(biāo)兵等榮譽(yù)稱號(hào)。2011年在中南大學(xué)獲工學(xué)博士學(xué)位,2014~2015年在香港城市大學(xué)從事博士后工作,2015~2016年在加拿大Dalhousie University從事公派訪問(wèn)學(xué)者工作。

先進(jìn)儲(chǔ)能材料及其關(guān)鍵資源領(lǐng)域進(jìn)行科研攻關(guān)。以第一完成人獲2021年度湖南省自然科學(xué)獎(jiǎng)二等獎(jiǎng)1項(xiàng)鎳基三元正極材料表界面多級(jí)調(diào)控基礎(chǔ),主持國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金面上項(xiàng)目和青年項(xiàng)目共2項(xiàng),以及湖湘青年英才支持計(jì)劃,長(zhǎng)沙市杰出創(chuàng)新青年培養(yǎng)計(jì)劃,湖南省高校青年骨干教師培養(yǎng)對(duì)象,湖南省自科及校企合作等項(xiàng)目10余項(xiàng)。參與國(guó)家重點(diǎn)基礎(chǔ)研究發(fā)展計(jì)劃,湖南省重大專項(xiàng)以及國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金多項(xiàng)。以第一或通訊作者Adv. Funct. Mater.J. Energy Chem.、J. Mater. Chem. A、Nano Res.ACS Appl. Mater. Interfaces、J. Power Sources國(guó)內(nèi)外知名學(xué)術(shù)期刊發(fā)表論文30余篇,其中同步合成雙重修飾高鎳正極材料的工作榮獲“2019年中國(guó)百篇最具影響國(guó)際學(xué)術(shù)論文”,入選ESI熱點(diǎn)論文3篇,高被引論文5篇,獲得國(guó)家發(fā)明專利授權(quán)12項(xiàng)。出版《紅土鎳礦多元材料冶金》專著1 。研究工作獲科技日?qǐng)?bào)、湖南日?qǐng)?bào)和美國(guó)布魯克海文國(guó)家實(shí)驗(yàn)室網(wǎng)站亮點(diǎn)報(bào)道。應(yīng)邀為國(guó)際期刊《Frontiers in Chemistry》客座編輯、《Rare Metals》青年編委、中國(guó)有色金屬學(xué)會(huì)新能源材料發(fā)展工作委員會(huì)委員。成果應(yīng)用于湖南長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)鋰科股份有限公司(央企新能源材料首家科創(chuàng)板上市企業(yè))、湖南金凱循環(huán)科技有限公司,積極推動(dòng)了我國(guó)戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展。


一、教學(xué)及人才培養(yǎng)情況

入選長(zhǎng)沙理工大學(xué)首屆“優(yōu)秀研究生導(dǎo)師”主持省級(jí)教研教改項(xiàng)目2項(xiàng),校級(jí)教學(xué)教改項(xiàng)目1項(xiàng),發(fā)表教改論文5篇。從事本科生《電化學(xué)研究方法》等課程的教學(xué)工作。指導(dǎo)湖南省研究生學(xué)習(xí)和創(chuàng)新性實(shí)驗(yàn)1項(xiàng),大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新實(shí)驗(yàn)2項(xiàng)。指導(dǎo)研究生獲得湖南省研究生創(chuàng)新論壇一等獎(jiǎng),碩士研究生國(guó)家獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金和長(zhǎng)沙理工大學(xué)優(yōu)秀研究生稱號(hào)。指導(dǎo)研究生和本科生獲得第四屆全國(guó)大學(xué)生冶金科技競(jìng)賽一等獎(jiǎng)、第五屆全國(guó)大學(xué)生冶金科技競(jìng)賽二等獎(jiǎng)、長(zhǎng)沙理工大學(xué)研究生創(chuàng)新成果最具應(yīng)用前景獎(jiǎng)等。
